If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return full-priced items for store credit. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition. The Jo and Lu tag must still be attached, and proof of purchase is required. Returns are only accepted for full-priced items: sale items, including those purchased with a discount, are final sale and cannot be returned.
